"Are you sure it is not all an act?", Li Yuhan said in a doleful tune. He looked like a bullied kitten.

"Look at his eyes. He looks deep in love", Li Shanguan said in her sweet dreamy voice looking at her son on the laptop screen. The way he looked at that girl, Li Shanguan knew it was the girl that was bound to be her daughter-in-law. "Can't we invite her home already? She is so cute"
"Don't be hasty Shanguan", Li Guang said scrutinizing that video, "That treacherous son of your might just be acting to get rid of his engagement"
"It doesn't seem like acting to me", Li Shanguan rebutted.
"Then you underestimate your son Shanguan"
"I too don't think so that it is acting", Li Qiang- Li Yuhan and Li Luxian cousin - Li Guang nephew- said, "If that girl had the ability to stay in a diameter of one meter around Li Luxian for three minutes, I would declare that she is made by heavens to be his wife"
Li Luxian could never tolerate a female presence. Li Qiang was aware of this fact. So if he could tolerate that girl for just three minutes then she was the most eligible candidate in the whole world to marry Li Luxian.
"You liar!", Li Yuhan glared at Li Quang, "You are just saying it so that you can loot my money!"
Li Quang smirked.
"Hey look at the video yourself. Your brother kissed her. Can you name any single female he had initiated a talk with, let alone kissed since high school?"
Li Yuhan was at a loss of words. What his cousin said was true.
"Just wait! I'll only lose the bet if he marries her. And brother Li said that the one who married was immature"
"But he didn't say that he won't be marrying anyone", Li Quang smirked, teasingly.
Li Yuhan felt a faint ache in his heart. There was no way to save his money now.

"Why is her face not clear?", Li Quang said staring at the video. It was taken from a distance so that Li Luxian wouldn't get suspicious and it was a blur with only the girl's back visible. Her face was not clear.
He didn't know why, he felt like he had seen her before somewhere. But he couldn't put a finger on it. When he zoomed in, the picture was all blurred. Li Quang sat silently on the couch, placing the laptop on his lap and stared at the girl's picture for quite some time and wrecked his brain to recall where he had seen her before.
"I want to meet her right now! She is so pretty!", Li Shanguan exclaimed, her eyes twinkling with affection for her daughter-in-law to be. She had always wished to get a daughter. But God bestowed her with only two good-for-nothing sons! And her that rascal son wouldn't agree to get a wife so that she could realize her dream in the form of a daughter-in-law.
"Stop that Shanguan. You can't even see her face and you are saying that she is pretty?", Li Guang reprimanded his wife.
His wife was always so gullible and over-excited. But Li Guang was aware of the plotting nature of his son, Li Luxian. In his eyes that was only a stunt to get rid of his fiancee. So Li Guang didn't want his wife to get hurt after raising her hopes.
"I just know it that she is very beautiful. Our son choice can't be wrong.", Li Shanguan exclaimed, not willing to give up her hopes that his son was finally going to settle down.
As Li Guang contemplated what to say next to reprimand his wife, Lei Jun, Li house butler, walked to them and informed them.
"Master Li, the elder of Wang family is here to discuss the engagement with young master Li"
"Make him sit in the guest room and serve him tea. I'll come down and talk with him in a minute"
"What are you going to tell him?", Li Shanguan asked anxiously.

"Li Guang just annual the engagement with Wang Huailing already. Our son is..."

If that scheming bastard for a son has really found a girl then we will annul the marriage with Wang family.
